We Believe in Training Parents and Teachers to maximize awareness and coordinated Health education for children. Hiba Shublak, International Speaker, Fitness and Dance Educator, CEO and Founder of Active Learning, provides in-services for parents, teachers, administrators and more to teach them developmentally appropriate, realistic and simple ways of implementing Physical Activity and Dance into everyday education and exercising at home!

School Wide Special Events, Classes, Professional Development Seminars and In-Class Demonstrations
This series is offered using 2 different scenarios: An in-class hands-on student teacher environment, (30-45 minutes) or a teacher/staff workshops. In either environment, educators are taught to facilitate and incorporate the personalized lesson plans, handbooks and play tools provided in the Active Learning concept. This would include classroom lessons, observations, and pre/ post assessments.

● Personal classroom consultations with operational staff as well as administrators if applicable are also incorporated. As well as, concrete recommendations to maximize resources and increase staff development as well as student participation.
● All lessons are aligned with the California Desired Results Development Profile Guidelines and National & CA State Dance and PE Standards
Dance, PE & Fitness Workshops for Teachers

Family Fitness
● Peri-Natal Fitness, Chair Aerobics, Aqua, Apartment Aerobics & Strength Training, Stress Management & Meditation, Yoga & Pilates, + much more. This module shows how fitness and exercise can become a family event. It provides an overview on the importance of physical activities in the home and instills family togetherness. Personal training is also provided as part of this module.
Parent Education and Teen Moms
● Unique workshops in fitness such as Kitchen Calisthenics, Zumba, Dance and Physical Activities. Families will learn how to create a Healthy Home including nutrition education & physical activities.
● Workshops in Peri Natal Fitness, Infant & Toddler care, Child Motor Skill Development plus much more.
Child Development Stages
● This module provides education of gross and fine motor skill development in children. Families learn various activities and exercise regimens to do at home together. This course is an invaluable guide for parents who want to stimulate their child’s motor development and recognize their child’s natural talents and abilities to foster his growth.
Physical Activity and Nutrition Education workshops for Parents.
1. Module 1– Family Fitness: This module shows how fitness and exercise can become a family event. It provides an overview on the importance of physical activities in the home and instills family togetherness. Personal training is also provided as part of this module.
