Creative & developmentally appropriate for Pre-K, TK, Kindergarten learners

Active Learning’s Early Childhood Education (ECE) programs are designed to nurture the whole child through joyful, hands-on learning experiences that build motor skills, social-emotional awareness, and self-expression.

Supporting motor growth through creative play

With a strong foundation in early learning standards, our programs emphasize gross & fine motor skill development, literacy, and mindfulness — all delivered with warmth and intention by experienced educators and teaching artists.

Story Time & Social Emotional Learning

Story Telling meets social-emotional growth

This literacy-based enrichment uses beautifully illustrated picture books to help young learners explore feelings, relationships, and self-awareness. After reading each book aloud, our team leads creative extension activities such as role play, music, or art — allowing students to process and express emotions in age-appropriate ways.

Creative Movement & The Arts

A joyful approach to building physical, cognitive, and emotional development

Through music, dance, theatre games, and visual arts, students in this program explore movement and creativity while developing fine and gross motor skills, coordination, focus, and confidence. Sessions are play-based and inclusive, encouraging self-expression and positive peer interaction.
